The form is easy. The email that goes out next week is the hard part.
LocaleReady translates the form the visitor sees, then remembers that language for notifications that fire later.
Labels and validation messages are just page text. Any translation plugin can attempt those. Gravity Forms also emails people from a completely different request, sometimes days later, sometimes from "Resend Notifications."
LocaleReady stores the language at submit and uses it for that notification. Your admin copy of the entry is left in the original words, so you are not debugging a translated message that no longer matches what was typed.

Are Gravity Forms notifications translated?+
Yes. LocaleReady stores the language used at submit time and uses it when the notification actually sends, including Resend Notifications later.
Does my admin copy of the entry get translated?+
No. What the visitor typed stays as they typed it. Only visitor-facing labels, errors, and notifications are translated.
