Account and billing
The account page is email sign-in only. There is no password.
- Enter your email.
- Open the link we send (15 minutes).
- That browser session can show the key and download the zip.
The link is exchanged for a session token stored in sessionStorage. Closing the tab drops it; request a new link.
The license key
Section titled “The license key”Keys issued after we started encrypting them can be shown again on the account page. Older keys cannot — we only stored a hash. If you see “not recoverable”, check the original email or ask us to rotate/re-grant.
Rotate (from CloudCatch admin) issues a new key and invalidates the old one. Sites on the old key fail the next validation. Use rotate when a key leaked.
Download
Section titled “Download”Download plugin on the account page returns the current live zip for LocaleReady. You need a session and a license. That is the same file WordPress will later pull for updates once the license is active.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”Subscriptions are billed yearly: $249 / 1 site, $499 / 3 sites, $999 / 10 sites. Agencies with more than ten sites should contact us.
Payment and subscription management are handled on the receipt email.

Email delivery
Section titled “Email delivery”Sign-in links and license keys are sent from noreply@resend.dkjensen.com or licenses@cloudcatch.io depending on the environment.
